Cornell Davis Sr.

Nov. 17, 1928-April 28, 2012

ELKHART — Cornell Davis Sr., 83, died Saturday at his residence.

He married Dell Ganaway Aug. 23, 1963, in Joliet, Ill. She survives with sons, Cornell (Cynthia) Davis Jr., Pittsburgh, Edward (Valerie) Davis, Mansfield, Ohio, Harry Agnew, Elkhart, and Earl Davis, Mansfield, Ohio; daughters, Christine Bessant Davis, Minnett Brooks, Patsy Davis and Sheila Davis, all of Elkhart, and Mary D. Davis and Katie Davison, both of Mansfield, Ohio.

Friends may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart.

Funeral services will take place Saturday at 11 a.m. with calling one hour prior to the service at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, Elkhart. Cremation will follow.
