GOSHEN — Mildred L. “Mickey” Palmer, 71, died at her residence Tuesday.
She is survived by her children, W. Darrell Burch and Thomas Burch, both of Goshen, and Betty Patino-Waits of Elkhart.
Friends may call today from 5 to 8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola.
A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at Northside Baptist Church in Elkhart with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
