Wanda G. Pearson

May 22, 1928-May 7, 2012

GOSHEN —  Wanda G. Pearson, 83, died Monday at her home in Goshen.

She was born May 22, 1928 in Indianapolis, to Chester and Alma (Coffey) Statom.

Wanda is survived by her two sons; Randy Pearson, Syracuse, and Michael Pearson, Michigan; a grandson, Lance Pearson; and two sisters, Jean Gillis, Panama City, Fla. and Corrine Roscoe, Hobart.

She was preceded in death by her parents and eight brothers and sisters.

Wanda and her former husband, Bob Pearson, owned and operated American Laundry in 1977. She was also a member of the Delta Chi Sigma Sorority; former member of the Lady of the Elks; past member of the Lady Parmor Golf League and former bowler of the Wednesday Coffee League.

Friends may call from noon until 1 p.m. Thursday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home in Goshen.

Private burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
