ELKHART —
Dr. Philip S. Zeitler died Saturday.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly, who died Dec. 30, 2012.
He is survived by his daughters, Madelyn, Manette, Marjorie and Melanie.
A service will take place Wednesday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Jewish Federation of St. Joseph Valley, South Bend.
Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is handling arrangements.
