Rose M. Calbeck

SYRACUSE — Rose M. Calbeck, 62, Syracuse, passed away Friday at her residence.

She was born May 30, 1950 in Wolf Lake to Everett and Leone (Coy) Calbeck. She resided in Syracuse since 1968.

She retired from Dana Corporation and was currently employed by Phend and Brown.

She was a longtime member of the Syracuse Eagles and the Syracuse American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

Rose is survived by her sister, Jean (Terry) Keever, Wolcottville; her brother, Thomas (Mary J.) Calbeck, Ligonier; three nieces and three nephews; and 13 great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Carol Burns.

A memorial service will be Monday at 5 p.m. at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.

There will be a gathering of friends and families at the Syracuse Eagles immediately following the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Syracuse Eagles or the Syracuse American Legion.
