Laymon F. Chesney

WARSAW — Laymon F. Chesney, 72, died at 10 p.m. Friday at his home.

He was married to Connie Owens in June, 1957. She preceded him in death in January, 1997.

He then married Renita L. (Price) Gordon on May 12, 1998 in North Webster.

She survives, with a son, Scott (Jan) Chesney, Indianapolis; two step-sons, Mark (Jessica) Gordon and Thomas (Charity) Gordon, both of Warsaw; and his mother, Iona Chesney, Warsaw.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster. A funeral is planned for 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the North Webster Church of the Brethren.

Burial will follow in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
