Joseph Nelson Miller

Oct. 3, 1941-March 2, 2013

GOSHEN — Joseph Nelson Miller, 71, died early Saturday morning at Courtyard Healthcare. He had been in failing health the past nine months.

He was born Oct. 3, 1941 in LaGrange County to Jacob and Moda (Miller) Miller.

He is survived by two children; James C. Miller and Deb Kuhl, both of Goshen; six grandchildren; and a brother, Edward L. (Darla) Miller, Bristol.

He was preceded in death by two sisters; Sarah Miller and Fanny Christner; and three brothers, John, Atlee and Ervin Miller.

Joe worked at Kropf Industries for more than 20 years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, old cars and car shows and country music. He had farmed as a younger man and always had pets.

Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Monday and an hour prior to the 2 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. The Rev. Jon Rauch will officiate.

Burial will follow in Miller 8 Square Cemetery, Goshen.

Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church, Goshen.
