Carol Joann Lambdin

ELKHART — Carol Joann Lambdin, 69, 23675 Greenwood Blvd., formerly of Goshen, died Friday at 3:40 a.m. at her residence.

She was born Jan. 31, 1939, in Sidney, Ohio, to Harold A. and Agnes (Pike) Norris.

She was a homemaker who worked at Triangle Rubber and Goshen Case Co.

She married Ogal Lambdin in Sidney Ohio, July 27, 1954. He survives.

Also surviving are her two daughters, Rita (Chris) Albert, and Cheryl Lambdin, both of Goshen; her sons, Douglas G. Lambdin and Curtis W. Lambdin, both of Goshen; a sister, Mary (Leo) Ott, Botkins, Ohio; a brother, Howard L. Norris, Sidney, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Brian Albert, Christopher Albert II, Curtis Lambdin Jr., Rachel Lambdin, Stacy Lambdin, James Lambdin and Tammy Lambdin; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, who died in 1969; her mother, who died in 1967; and a brother, Marvin Norris, who died in 1973.

Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen, where the funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Lenny Krebs will lead the service.

Pallbearers will be Davion Nolte, Jason Gibbs, Curtis Lambdin Jr., James Lambdin, Brian Albert and Christopher Albert.

Burial will be in Baintertown Cemetery.
