Lindsay Dale Smith, 73, Goshen, died Friday at Elkhart General Hospital.
Surviving are his wife, Wilma Ann; sons Jeffery A. Smith and Steven D. Smith, Goshen, and Randy (Heather) Smith, Indianapolis; and daughter Sherry A. Smith, Elkhart.
No formal service or visitation has been scheduled. As per his wishes, Smith has been cremated and his remains are to be taken to his birthplace in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where a small, outdoor ceremony is pending. Billings Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
