Dale R. Purtee

Feb. 5, 1934-Oct. 25, 2009

UNION, Mich. — Dale R. Purtee, 75, died Sunday at Riverview Manor, Three Rivers.

He married Beatrice Ripplinger June 27, 1981, in Union.

She survives with a daughter, Vicky Lynn Purtee, Belleville, Fla.; two stepsons, Thomas Schmitt, Union, and Steven A. (Kathy) Schmitt, Edwardsburg; two stepdaughters, Keri J. and Brenda K. Schmitt, both of Elkhart, Ind.

Friends may call two hours prior to the 2 p.m. funeral service Wednesday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart, Ind.

Burial will take place at a later date at Kessington Cemetery, Union.
