ELKHART — Michael G. “Mike” Zanker Kasa, 56, died Wednesday at 8:10 a.m. in the Elkhart Hospice House.
He married Mary “Peg” VanHimbergen in Las Vegas, Nev., June 27, 1982. She survives.
Also surviving are his son, Benjamin (Beth) Kasa, Georgetown, Ky.; daughter, Kassey (Timothy) Potts, Elkhart; and his parents, Henry (Pauline) Zanker and Marie (Larry) Kasa, all of Elkhart.
Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart, where the funeral service will take place Monday at 10 a.m. The body has been cremated.
