Leona Marie Carder

Sept. 27, 1923-Oct. 31, 2009

NEW PARIS — Leona Marie Carder, 86, P.O. Box 105, died at 10:56 a.m. Saturday at Goshen General Hospital.

She married Raymond Wesley Carder Nov. 21, 1946. He died March 1, 2003.

Survivors include two daughters, Sylvia Carder, Chilhowee, Mo., and Beverly (Ted) Schowengerdt, New Paris.

Visitation is set for 3 to 5 p.m. Monday at the New Paris First Brethren Church, where services are set for 6 p.m. There will also be calling from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Dorr & Clark Funeral Home, Falls City, Neb., and services there at 10 a.m. Friday.

Burial will be in Hiawatha Cemetery, Hiawatha, Kan.

Local arrangements are being handled by Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
