ELKHART — Connie Van Graham, 57, died Wednesday in Noble County as the result of a motor vehicle accident.
She is survived by sons Benjamin Graham and Nathan Graham, both of Muncie; daughter LaKeisha Graham, South Bend; stepson Jason (Angela) Smith, Houston, Texas; and stepdaughter Amy (Matt) Tenney, Indianapolis.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the noon funeral service to be held Tuesday at Holy Temple Church of God in Christ, Elkhart.
Burial and graveside services will follow at Prairie Street Cemtery, Elkhart.
