Jennifer Jo Kern, 22, 61784 Amber Meadows Drive, Goshen, died Friday at her home.
Surviving are her parents, Dennis and Carolyn (Taylor) Kern, Goshen; brothers Jason (Jennifer Cross), McDonough, Ga., and Joel (Naomi Rice-Smucker), Carol Stream, Ill.; and her boyfriend, Donald Patmore, Warsaw.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, Mishawaka, and an hour prior to Wednesday’s 10:30 a.m. service at the church.
Cremation will take place following services.
Hahn Funeral Home, Mishawaka, is assisting the family with arrangements.
