Tyler David Miller, 13, 2945 Leana Drive, Goshen, died Saturday at 11:02 a.m. at Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis. He lived the last two years in Camelot Care Center, Logansport.
Tyler was born Aug. 10, 1996 in South Bend. He was a special child who put a smile on everyone’s face.
He is survived by his mother, Kristy Miller, Goshen; loved and cared for by Emily Hamilton, Goshen; grandmother, Ruth Miller, Elkhart; grandfather, Jerry Miller, Pinson, Ala.; great-grandmother, Emily Andrews, Windham, Ohio; uncles Matthew Miller, Elkhart, and Douglas Miller, Valparaiso.
Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen. Private family graveside services will take place Thursday at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorials may be given to Ronald McDonald House, 1235 W. Michigan St., P.O. Box 647, Indianapolis, IN 46223.
