Thelma J. Sommers, 100, The Courtyard, Goshen, and formerly of Middlebury and Elkhart, died Monday at 1 p.m. at Goshen General Hospital.
She married Walter R. Sommers May 7, 1927. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Ray B. (Katie) Sommers, Fort Wayne, and Dean D. (Carol) Sommers, Columbia, S.C.; and daughters, Betty Bandy, Goshen, and Roma L. (Leonard) Fogelsong, Tecumseh, Mich.
Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart, and one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday at the funeral home.
Burial and graveside services will follow at Zion Cemetery, Bristol.
