LEESBURG — Jacob S. Haneline, 18, of Leesburg died at 11:57 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Deborah (James) Ashby, Leesburg; father and stepmother, Christopher (Monica) Haneline , Huntington; brother, Chris Haneline, Milford; stepbrother, Christopher (Jamie) Lewark; stepniece, Kiersten Lewark; and grandparents Delbert and Doris Cox, Lubbock, Texas.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kyle Stamper officiating.
Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery (Mock addition.)
