LIGONIER — Juanita B. Ritchie, 88, died Monday at 5:15 a.m. at Parkview Whitley Hospital.
She married Arthur Ritchie in 1941; he died in 1991.
She is survived by her nine children, Oscar (Suzanne) Ritchie, Summerset, Ky., Sarah (Joe) Jacobs, Topeka, Martha (Warren) Halsey, Ligonier, Arthur (Debbie) Ritchie, Ligonier, Debra (Alan) Carpenter, Pierceton, Bobby (Barbara) Ritchie, Alpha Wilcox, Ligonier, Danny Joe (Brenda) Ritchie, Wolcottville, and Charles (Susie) Ritchie, Isom, Ky.
Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, Ligonier, where a funeral service will take place Thursday at 6 p.m.
Burial will be Sunday at the Ritchie Family Cemetery in Knott County, Ky.
Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier, is assisting with arrangements.
