Ralph Crume

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Former long-time resident of Goshen, Ind., Ralph Earl Crume, passed away, Feb. 21 at his residence in Fort Myers, at the age 75.

Ralph was born in Milford, Ind., to Wilbur and Violet Crume Nov. 26, 1937. He moved from Milford to Dunlap, Ind., before finally settling in Goshen, where he raised his family.

Ralph was married 52 years to his wife, Diana J. Crume, who preceded him in death in 2010.

Ralph worked for the Kroger Company for 42 years, specializing in produce. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. Ralph was a dedicated employee, wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was loved by all who knew him.

Ralph will be remembered for his hard work, dedication to his family and his common sense approach to life. Ralph exemplified honesty, respect and doing the right thing. He believed in treating people the way you want to be treated and that everything else would work out for the best.

Ralph is survived by three children, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

There will be no public services. Ralph will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
