GOSHEN — Linda Sue Jones, 42, was found dead by her roommate at her home Saturday afternoon.
She was born Aug. 7, 1970 in Goshen.
She is survived by her parents, Edith (Smeltzer) Hyche, Goshen, and Vernon Hyche, White Pigeon, Mich.; and two sisters, Dawn (Rick) Clark, Goshen and Janet Vanlandingham, Rockville.
A 1989 graduate of Goshen High School, she went through Army basic training but never served. Linda worked in shipping and receiving at KMC Controls, New Paris.
Linda enjoyed bowling in the mixed bowling league at Maple City Bowl; spending time with her nephew, Jared; and had a special relationship with her stepson, Chris.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, where a 1 p.m. funeral service will take place Friday. The Revs. Andrew Dayton and Gary Sheets of Shipshewana Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
Following cremation, burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
