Sara Ann Olsen, 63, Goshen, died Monday at 10:03 a.m. in the emergency room of Goshen General Hospital.
She married Philip E. Tate May 3, 1981, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Goshen. He died Oct. 5, 1997. She married Robert W. Olsen Nov. 28, 1997, in Milford. He survives.
She is survived by her two sons, Stacey Smith, Decatur, Mich., and Johnathan (Erin) Smith, South Bend; stepsons, John M. Dickey, Elkhart, and Ronnie Olsen, Delavan, Wis.; stepdaughters, Tamyra (Jay) Killian, Elkhart, Rhonda (Joe) Skozen, Darien, Wis., Robin (Mark) Neesen, Kenosha, Wis., and Bobbie (Mark) Ray, Goshen.
Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, where the funeral service will take place Friday at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
