Mildred F. Rapp

GOSHEN — Mildred F. Rapp, 89, 708 S. Eighth St., died Friday at Hospice House, Elkhart.

She was born July 29, 1923, in New Paris, to Andrew and Louise (Steiglitz) Rapp.

Surviving are three sisters, Rose Rapp, Mulberry, Lucille Smith, Goshen, and Esther (John) Houston, Elkhart; two brothers, George (Rosemary) Rapp, Sacramento, Calif., and Elmer (Norma) Rapp, Milford; and special loved ones, including various nieces, nephews and “granddaughters.”

Preceding her in death are her parents; and two brothers, Harry M. and Floyd Rapp.

Mildred formerly co-owned the R & D Café, Goshen, was a laborer at Miles/Bayer and Switches and was a member of the Church of God.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service Tuesday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen. The Rev. Craig Garber, Christian Fellowship Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Milford Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Center for Hospice House.
