SYRACUSE —

Elmer Armbruster, 89, died Saturday at his residence.

He married Doris Davis Feb. 22, 1948, in Elkhart County. She survives.

He is also survived by a son, Daniel (Deborah) Armbruster, Syracuse; and a daughter, Mary Sue (David) Grenert, Lakeville.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Wawasee Heights Baptist Church, Syracuse.

Burial will follow at Syracuse Cemetery.
