Joel M. Welch, 75, also of Longboat Key, Fla., died Wednesday at his home in Bristol.
He married Elizabeth “Betty” Mazzone Aug. 2, 1958. She survives with two sons, M. Scott (Kim), Elkhart, and Chris (Jenny), Bristol.
Friends may call today from 2 to 7 p.m. at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, Elkhart, where funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday. Cremation will follow.
