Dale Eugene Miller

Nov. 29, 1961-Nov. 16, 2012

ELKHART —  Dale Eugene Miller, 50, Elkhart, and formerly of Nappanee, died Friday at 9:55 p.m. at Woodland Manor, Elkhart.

He was born Nov. 29, 1961 in Elkhart to James W. Miller and Charlene (Sechrist) Miller.

Survivors include his mother, of Nappanee, and father of Zephyrhills, Fla.; Emma (Mullet) Garver, mother of Jennifer and Jason; a daughter: Jennifer (Mark) Baker, Goshen; a son: Jason Miller, White Pigeon, Mich.; two brothers, Scott A. (Lelah) Miller, Goshen, and Jefferson W. (Sherry) Miller, New Paris; two sisters: Amber (Harley) Troyer, Danville, Ind. and Dawn E. (Silas) Grossman, Wakarusa; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother Rick L. Miller.

He was baptized into the Benton Mennonite Church. He liked to work on vehicles while listening to Elvis.

He was remembered for his smiles and good natured personality. He was always happy and a people pleaser. He loved his children and family very much.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main. St., Goshen and one-half hour before the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

The Rev. Mark Bendes of Yellow Creek Church of the Brethren will officiate.

Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery.

Memorial contributions to may be made to American Heart Association or Yellow Creek Church of the Brethren.
