Judith Waneta Myers

NEW PARIS — Judith Waneta Myers, 69, of C.R. 46, New Paris, died Thursday at 2:45 p.m. at her residence. She was born Nov. 16, 1943 to Nelson Rock and Waneta (Neff) Rock.

On Aug. 19, 1962, she married David Myers at Evangelical United Brethren in New Paris.

Surviving are her husband, children, Anita (Gary) Everts, Port Charlotte, Fla., Jim Myers, New Paris, Karen (Mike) Collins, Napa, Calif., Sheri Myers, Shoelake, Leesburg; a brother, Bob (Rosalie) Rock, Goshen; grandchildren, Rachel (Thomas) Kauffman, Melissa (Pete) Melendez, Justin (Kasey) Everts, Jenny (Justin) Carpenter, Travis Needler, Tyler Needler, John Graton, Mitchell Runyon, Kim Runyon; great-grandchildren, Ethan Melendez, Marshall Melendez, Ben Kauffman and Finnley Everts.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Myers, and a brother, Steve Rock.

She was a homemaker and a member of Living Faith Fellowship, Elkhart. She enjoyed ancestry, travel and lighthousing.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday and 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen. The Rev. Bill Frisbie will officiate.

Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to Elkhart Hospice.
