GOSHEN —
Sara Parsons and Christopher Baker were married outdoors Sept. 15 at Chicago Gaelic Park by the Rev. Danny Lopez of New Life Community Church.
The bride is the daughter of Marcia and David Parsons, Goshen.
The groom is the son of Joyce and Thomas Baker, Fort Atkinson, Wis.
The bride’s attendants were Laura Liu, Rachel Tenorio, and Julie Pagano.
Attending the groom were Norv Osting, Rick Gilpatrick and Danny Adams.
Gabriel Lopez, Aaron Lopez and Tiffany Daniels sang.
Jonathan Boyden gave a dramatic reading and Jon Werner read Scripture.
A luncheon reception for the couple took place at the park. Jim Faretta was the master of ceremonies and Victoria Amick was the coordinator.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple resides in Waukesha, Wis.
The bride graduated in 1995 from Goshen High School and in 2001 from Purdue University School of Pharmacy, West Lafayette. She had worked as a pharmacist in Chicago, Ill.
The groom graduated in 1995 from Lakeside Lutheran High School, Fort Atkinson, Wis., and from Valparaiso University and the University of Milwaukee. He is an electrical engineering doctorate student with a focus in medical imaging. He works as a medical imaging software engineer at GE Health Care in Pewaukee, Wis.
