Rachel Oplinger and Jacob Hartman were married Sept. 26 at First Baptist Church of Elkhart by the Rev. Steve Viars.
The bride is the daughter of Carla and Daniel Oplinger, Goshen.
The groom is the son of Kay and Timothy Hartman, Bristol.
Lynnette Holst was the maid of honor. Stephanie Kolenbrander, Jasmine Lorenz, Nicole Keller and Bethany Hartman were the bridesmaids.
Adam Hartman was the best man. Matthew Oplinger, Stewart Otto, Stephen Kauffman and Brandon Hartman were the groomsmen.
Joe Jacober and Landon Lorenz were the ushers.
Clara Hartman was the flower girl and Jackson Hartman was the ring bearer.
The Oberton Quartet provided instrumental music and Heather Neil sang.
A reception took place at the church and was hosted by Pat and Gwen Duckworth and Luke and MaryBeth Puckett.
After a wedding trip to Marco Island, Fla., the couple resides in Goshen.
The bride graduated in 2006 from Elkhart Christian Academy and in 2009 received an associate’s degree in interior design from Ivy Tech Community College, South Bend. She is an interior designer at the Kitchen and Bath Gallery of Circle Lumber, Mishawaka.
The groom was home schooled and graduated in 2005. He is employed by Joyce Industries, Middlebury, and Advance Auto Parts, Elkhart.
